Return & Refund Policy

At House of KING, we value our customers and always aim to provide high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the conditions below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

⚠️ Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
  • Color variation due to lighting or screen differences (minor variation)
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

 

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and product images/videos
  3. Our team will review your request
  4. If approved, you will be instructed to send the product back

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 2-3 business days
  • Refund will be issued via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/bank transfer) or as store credit (based on availability)
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

If the product is not eligible for refund after inspection, it will be sent back to the customer.

 

5. Exchange Policy

We also offer product exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Wrong item sent

Exchange depends on stock availability.

 

6. Delivery & Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/defective product), we will cover return shipping cost
  • If return is approved for other valid reasons, the customer may need to bear return shipping cost

 

7. Important Notes

  • All return requests must be approved before sending the product back
  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted
  • House of KING reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
